This long time rental favorite is ideally located in Schuss Village. Recently remodeled condo is remarkably decorated in a ski and golf motif.
Winter visitors will enjoy the true ski-in/ski-out experience at Schuss Mountain near the blue and yellow chair-lifts. It’s a very short walk to the excitement of Ivan’s Mountainside Grill, and the Nordic Cross-Country Ski Center.
Summer guests can enjoy golf at any of the five Shanty Creek golf courses. The Schuss Golf Course Pro Shop is a walk across the parking lot from the condo and the Legend, Summit, Cedar River and Hawk’s Eye golf courses are only a short drive. When you’re not playing golf, this unit is perfectly situated as a convenient base to explore Northern Michigan where restaurants, wineries, lakes, shopping and sightseeing abound. Many amenities can be found just 10-15 minutes away in Bellaire and Mancelona. And when it comes to beauty, there might not be a better place to enjoy Northern Michigan’s spectacular fall colors, than right here at Schuss Mountain.
This two-story Bergrand condo is two-bedrooms with two-baths and comfortably sleeps six people. The upstairs features a big bedroom with two queen size beds, a desk, television, sizable dresser and roomy closet. The upstairs bathroom is large with a double sink vanity, toilet and bathtub/shower. From the upstairs bedroom you can access a loft with a second desk that’s ideal for those who just have to bring their work with them. Fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected and is great for streaming your favorite movies and TV shows.
The downstairs bedroom features one queen size bed, comfy chair, television and closets, plus a floor to ceiling organizer with drawers. Inside one of the closets, you’ll find a washer/dryer laundry center. The downstairs bathroom has a single sink vanity, toilet and bathtub/shower. There’s plenty of hooks throughout to hang all your outdoor clothing.
The beautifully upgraded full size kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. Other appliances include a mixer, toaster, blender, crockpot, and coffee maker. The kitchen table can be expanded with the built-in leafs and seats four. Sturdy TV-tables provide extra space. The living room has a large sofa, armchair and big screen TV.
This unit is perfect and affordable for families with plenty of space to relax and unwind. There are two outdoor lockable storage lockers with room for everyone’s skis and golf clubs. Your rental includes a pool pass for you to enjoy the year-round heated indoor pool and hot tub that’s just steps away in the Schuss Mountain Main Lodge. In addition, you can float your cares away at the indoor pool and hot tub at the Summit Lodge and during the summer, use the Summit outdoor pool that has a spectacular view overlooking Lake Bellaire.
